Red Fantasy has tubers that are oval to elongated oval shapes with shallow to very shallow eye depths. The skin is red with a smooth, very fine look. The color of the flesh is extremely yellow and slightly changes after cooking. This type is characterized by a high yield of large and uniform tubers that are not prone to secondary growth.
Resistance: This variety is characterized by resistance to nematodes.
